I love how Neal Auction Company goes to great lengths to provide helpful condition reports on their online auction items and in this case it is a 3-pager, which is unusual, but it is largely due to the fact that this lot is comprised of 7 pieces. Many auction houses provide a one-liner description, one picture and no condition description, which doesn't envelop the prospective buyer in a blanket of comfort that there are no significant issues with the piece(s).
